CNC operator. Fresher can apply. A CNC operator uses computer numerical control (CNC) equipment and software to design, mill, grind, and drill parts and tools for manufacturing and construction. Their responsibilities include: Programming: Inputting measurements and coordinates into the machine's software to produce parts to the correct specifications Maintenance: Ensuring the machine runs smoothly by regularly checking, cleaning, and performing routine maintenance tasks Inspection: Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and correcting any defects or errors Troubleshooting: Identifying the cause of problems that arise during the manufacturing process and determining how to resolve them Set-up: Performing proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories Collaboration: Collaborating with designers, programmers, and engineers to produce consistently precise parts Safety: Maintaining a safe work environment by following company safety procedures Other responsibilities include: Loading and unloading materials Planning stock inventory Ordering and acquiring parts Keeping a record of the machine's actions Translating mechanical data Reading and understanding blueprints Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Night shift Rotational shift Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: CNC Programming: 1 year (Required) total work: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
