Job Description :
Machine Operation: Operate CNC-based polishing/grinding machines as per part programs and approved instructions
Setup & Calibration: Assist in tool setup, part loading/unloading, and work offset adjustments with accuracy
Yield Monitoring: Record and report part output, including rework and rejection, to support yield tracking and improvement initiatives
Tool & Consumable Usage: Monitor and log the use of critical consumables (diamond tools, polishing slurries, etc.) to help control costs and reduce waste
Part Inspection: Perform in-process checks using micrometres, profilometers, or interferometers to confirm compliance with tolerances
Tool Maintenance: Handle delicate optics and tools with care, ensure tools are cleaned, replaced, or recalibrated as required
Adhere strictly to EHS guidelines and safety protocols, maintaining a neat and safe workspace
