Job Description Overview: Apparna Fab-Tech Pvt Ltd, a leader in transformer tank fabrication, is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating CNC laser cutting machines, particularly in a manufacturing environment. This role is crucial to ensuring the precision and quality of our fabricated products. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation: Operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce parts according to specifications. Setup and Calibration: Set up and calibrate machines, ensuring proper alignment and positioning of materials. Programming: Input and adjust machine settings and programs as necessary. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, including materials used, output, and any issues encountered. Qualifications Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of CNC laser machine operations and programming. Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus. Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as required. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in all work. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly and efficiently.
