Job Description
As a skilled CMM Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment. Your keen attention to detail, expertise in measurement systems, and dedication to precision will be crucial in ensuring product quality. Your key responsibilities will include performing inspections of parts and components based on engineering drawings and specifications, analyzing and interpreting CMM data, and conducting regular calibration and maintenance of equipment. Collaboration with the quality assurance and production teams for continuous improvement will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have experience in CMM programming and operation, a strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and knowledge of quality control processes and standards. A technical background in manufacturing or a related field would be preferred, along with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule may include day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts.
