Job Description
You are a skilled CMM Operator or Programmer familiar with operating Zeiss CMM machines and conducting precision inspections on mechanical parts and assemblies. Your primary responsibility will involve the operation of Zeiss CMM machines such as CONTURA, ACCURA, etc., utilizing Calypso software to execute inspection programs. Your tasks will include measuring and inspecting parts to ensure they adhere to design specifications, interpreting technical drawings and GD&T, and documenting inspection results accurately. It is essential to maintain clean and calibrated measuring equipment to guarantee precise measurements. To qualify for this position, you must possess experience operating Zeiss CMM machines, and familiarity with Calypso software is advantageous. Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding tolerances, meticulous attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset are essential requirements. Additionally, a basic understanding of manufacturing processes will be beneficial for this role. This is a full-time position that offers health insurance coverage. The work schedule is during the morning shift, and the role requires on-site presence for the designated work location.,
