Position - Cluster Head Two Wheeler Collections. Location - Dharwad and Mysore Mandatory experience - Experience in handling branches and and team size of 50+ Roles and Responsibilities: Join our dynamic team as a Cluster Head, where you'll oversee 8-12 branches, driving their successful work operation and growth. Your key role will be to attract new clients, achieve financial targets, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards. Ensuring collection of dues from customers. - Responsible for improvement of the credit portfolio in the cluster by improving collections. - Building, coaching, and mentoring the team; identifying team goals and evaluating team progress Monitor and analyze the performance of the collections team, implementing measures to improve productivity and success rates. Review and evaluate delinquent accounts, determining appropriate actions to be taken in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Cluster Managers are responsible for the performance of groups, known as clusters. They oversee collections,sales, finances and staffing of a business cluster at the local, state or national level and ensure performance targets are met. Cluster Leaders are expected to develop quality working relationships with their colleagues.
