Job Title: Club Manager Location: Hesaraghatta, Bangalore Property: Lux Hesaraghatta Club (or "Hesaraghatta Lux") Reports To: General Manager / Director of Operations Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Club Manager to oversee daily operations, member services, and events at our premium facility in Hesaraghatta. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of hospitality expertise, people management, and financial acumen to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional member experience. Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club including front desk, F&B, sports and recreation facilities, housekeeping, and maintenance. Ensure that all departments deliver high-quality services in line with Lux brand standards. 2. Member Relations & Services Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and VIPs. Address and resolve member complaints, feedback, and special requests promptly. Ensure a consistently high level of member satisfaction and engagement. 3. Staff Management Lead, train, and motivate the club staff including F&B, fitness trainers, receptionists, and event coordinators. Conduct regular performance reviews, schedule rosters, and ensure a positive work environment. 4. Financial Oversight Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost control. Work with finance to prepare monthly reports, track revenue targets, and implement promotional campaigns. 5. Event Planning & Execution Plan and execute club events, social gatherings, wellness programs, and member activities. Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and internal teams to ensure event success. 6. Compliance & Safety Ensure the club complies with local laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies. Regularly inspect facilities and initiate maintenance as needed.
