Reports To: Cloud Team Lead or Devops Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Cloud Engineer (Fresher) to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a cloud environment. You will assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud-based solutions.

• Support the migration of applications and data to cloud platforms.

• Monitor cloud systems for performance, availability, and security.

• Troubleshoot basic cloud service issues with the help of senior engineers.

• Document configurations, procedures, and processes.

• Learn and apply best practices for cloud architecture, security, and cost optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, security, and IT operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.

• Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.

• Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Certification in any cloud platform (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, etc.).

• Knowledge of Devops tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD tools) is a bonus.

• Internship or academic project experience in cloud-related technologies.
