You will be responsible for studio management, client dealing, handling trials and collaboration with the team to ensure the successful execution of designs. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction: Engage with customers, provide personalized assistance, and facilitate outfit trials to ensure satisfaction. Sales Effectiveness: Utilize strong product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience. Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to optimize sales and minimize losses. Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays and store layout to enhance the shopping experience. Alterations Management: Coordinate alterations for customers as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion. After-Sale Service: Provide ongoing support to customers post-purchase, addressing any concerns and facilitating returns or exchanges. Administrative Duties: Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to ensure smooth store operations. Marketing Support: Assist with promotional events and initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
