As a Closing Manager in the Real Estate industry with over 4 years of experience, your primary responsibilities will include conducting site visits and offering consultation to potential buyers. You will be adept at negotiating prices that are agreeable to both parties and skilled at proposing schemes to enhance the movement of inventory. It will be crucial for you to maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the closing process, ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and industry standards. Staying updated on changes in real estate regulations and industry practices will be essential in your role. You will be responsible for achieving a high closure ratio by effectively converting property visits into property purchases. Additionally, you will be required to meticulously maintain all relevant closing details and transfer them to the CRM team for further processing. This is a full-time position that offers health insurance, provident fund, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The work schedule is during day shifts and the work location is in person.
