As a Client Servicing Executive/Senior Executive, your main responsibilities will include reaching out to architects, interior designers, and real estate firms to manage existing engagements. You will also be required to meet with the current client base to discuss new projects, assist in the lead generation process, and support the sales activities at the retail outlets. Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries and feedback from both B2B and retail customers. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in desktop applications like MS Office and possess excellent fluency in English. A graduate degree in any discipline is required for this position.
