Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Understand client needs and ensure they are met effectively. Issue Resolution & Support: Handle client inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, tech, etc.) to resolve client concerns. Project Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of products/services. Track progress of client requests and provide regular updates. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues. Prepare periodic reports on client status, feedback, and improvements. Sales: Identify opportunities to offer products or services. Work with sales teams to promote relevant offerings & achieve monthly targets.
