The Client Service Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring that clients receive prompt assistance, accurate information, and guidance throughout their application process. As a Client Service Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include: Client Interaction and Communication: - Serving as the initial point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person. - Offering general information on visa types, procedures, and prerequisites to clients. - Coordinating meetings, consultations, and follow-up communications for clients with migration agents or consultants. - Assisting clients in comprehending the criteria for various visa categories. - Conducting regular follow-ups with clients. - Scheduling appointments for clients to meet with migration agents or consultants. - Managing client complaints and escalating issues to migration agents or legal professionals as necessary. - Supporting with general office tasks like answering calls, organizing meetings, and maintaining files. Maintaining Client Records: - Updating and managing client profiles within migration management systems or databases. This position is full-time with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and be proficient in English (Required) and Malayalam (Preferred). The work location for this role is in person.,
