Job Description: Client Relationship & Operations Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship & Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at Bokdia Grofin Business Services LLP in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Engage with clients for timely debt follow-up, collections, and recovery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for loan repayment queries and support.
- Debt Follow-up & Recovery:
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients regarding their repayment schedules.
- Monitor overdue accounts and diligently follow up for payment collections.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve any issues impacting recovery.
- Daily Banking Operations:
- Manage daily banking activities including deposit/withdrawals, tracking receipts, and bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with bank officials whenever required for transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation, filling, and office coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries efficiently.
- Support the management with data entry, document verification, and other operational duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Own Two Wheeler is preferred.
- Previous experience in financial services, client servicing, or debt collection is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office and banking procedures.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and customer-centric approach.
