Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, located in Siliguri. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing client accounts. The role includes developing strategies to enhance client relationships, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, and identifying opportunities for improving services or products offered to clients. The Client Relationship Manager will play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
