Job Summary:
We're seeking a customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage and grow our client relationships in the women's accessories exports business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
3. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
4. Manage client complaints and issues effectively
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
6. Analyze client feedback and provide insights to improve services
Requirements:
1. Experience in customer relationship management or sales
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
4. Knowledge of women's accessories industry (advantageous)
5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
