Job Description

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project objectives. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will monitor and report on project risks, ensuring stakeholders are informed and prepared for any challenges that may arise. In addition, you will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish mechanisms for monitoring and reporting project performance. Your role will involve preparing regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, addressing any issues, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure project success. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, resellers, and business partners, will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Effective communication and managing expectations will be key in this role, as you meet stakeholders in person and address their concerns to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. You will also be responsible for facilitating internal and client calls, tracking meeting minutes, and sharing updates with stakeholders. Basic understanding of IOT devices, good customer management skills, excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, is critical. You should also be comfortable working in ambiguous situations and guiding them towards a logical direction. Understanding of project management methodologies, ticket management, Excel reporting, and a qualification of any graduate with 2-6 years of experience are required qualifications for this position.
