Job Description

We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Onboarding & Support executive for Indias largest investment banking platform (www.indiabizforsale.com). As an Onboarding & Customer Support Executive, you will educate new customers about the platform, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our product /services. Throughout the customer lifecycle, we aim to deliver a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of that process. Own and manage customer relationships Help the customer define their needs and requirements Work with sales and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations. Engage on virtual and phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding process. Respond to customer emails, chats, and calls regarding implementation. Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when onboarding customers. Create initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation. Skills/ Requirements: Pleasant and straightforward phone and video manner. Excellent written and verbal communication (mainly English). Organizational skills you'll be working with many customers, and you'll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized.
