As a Client Manager, you will interact with new clients to explain our digital marketing services, onboard them, guide them through the process, handle their queries, and keep them informed about the progress. You will also coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of work and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in client handling and relationship management. Good communication and coordination skills are essential for this role. A basic understanding of digital marketing services is required to effectively communicate with clients.
