Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Language Expert Client Relations to manage and facilitate seamless communication between our Indian and Italian clients. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Italian and English, with a deep understanding of the business cultures of both countries. They will be responsible for handling client interactions, managing cross-border projects, providing translation and interpretation support, and ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison between Indian and Italian clients, ensuring clear and effective communication. Cross-border Project Management: Oversee and facilitate international projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines. Translation & Interpretation: Provide real-time translation and interpretation support during meetings, calls, and document exchanges. Business Coordination: Assist in negotiations, contract discussions, and business development efforts between Indian and Italian stakeholders. Cultural Bridging: Offer insights and guidance on cultural nuances to enhance collaboration and business success. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends in both markets to identify new business opportunities. Administrative Support: Manage reports, maintain records, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Qualifications & Skills: Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Languages, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in client relations, international business, with Supply Chain Expertise or a similar role. Industry Experience (Preferred): Retail, Hospitality, Consulting, Export-Import, Manufacturing, or any sector with Italy-India business relations. Cross-Cultural Competence: Strong understanding of Indian and Italian business etiquette and cultural differences. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve client concerns efficiently. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across cultures. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms.
