Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, identifying potential clients and establishing strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client needs with our service offerings.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our market presence and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) methodologies to streamline client onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in client acquisition, B2B sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving client engagement.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and RPO services.
