Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage in B2B sales activities, identifying potential clients and establishing strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client needs with our service offerings.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our market presence and enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) methodologies to streamline client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications
