Key Responsibilities:
Maintain basic office records and files
- Assist in data entry or documentation under supervision
- Carry physical files/documents within departments
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and printing work
- Perform basic office maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Serve tea/coffee/water to visitors and staff
- Support clerical work like sorting mail, stamping, organizing files
- Assist office staff and seniors with daily routines
- Key Skills Required:
- Basic reading/writing skills
- Discipline and punctuality
- Honest and hardworking attitude
- Basic knowledge of handling office equipment (preferred)
