Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Class Coordinator to act as the primary point of contact between i2Global and its students and parents. The coordinator will be responsible for class scheduling, relationship management, receivable follow-ups, upselling, and ensuring student success. This is a critical operational role that bridges academics, customer experience, and sales support. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate classes in alignment with tutor and student availability. Connect with parents and students regularly to ensure class satisfaction, track student progress, and address concerns. Follow up on pending receivables, fee balances, and ensure timely fee collection. Promote referral programs, upsell relevant academic services, and cross-sell additional courses based on student needs. Maintain a strong relationship with parents to ensure trust, satisfaction, and retention. Organize and report PAMs (Parent-Academic Meetings) to review student progress and feedback. Coordinate with the academic team and tutors to ensure timely class delivery and resolution of academic queries. Maintain detailed communication logs, fee status, and class updates in CRM/Excel trackers. Identify potential dropouts or disengaged students and initiate proactive retention steps. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Communication, or Business). Minimum 1 year of experience in coordination, operations, customer relationship, or academic support roles. Strong verbal and written communication in English and at least one regional language. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms. Eligibility Criteria: Should have managed parents or clients in a coordination or support role. Able to manage multiple student profiles simultaneously.
