Job Description
Project Scope & Nature Client needs help creating structured datasets from already-processed claims for internal use. This data will be used to train AI models and improve automation of claims adjustment. Types of claims: physical damage (e.g., truck, property) and bodily injury. Datasets will extract insights like: was the incident within the policy period, whats covered, etc. Nature of Work Internal, non-customer-facing. Focused on manual review of claims documents (e.g., policy PDFs, claim notes). Need to extract insights, flag missing data, and format it per Clients ingestion needs. Resource Profile Required Must have claims adjustment background. Ability to understand U.S.-based trucking insurance claims. Work will be supported by Clients data science, product, and claims teams.
