Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring high-quality work, compliance with project specifications, and timely completion. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing on-site teams, and monitoring work quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage civil construction projects, including site preparation, infrastructure, and structural works. Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, site workers, and project managers to ensure efficient workflow. Inspect project sites regularly to identify and resolve issues and ensure work complies with quality standards and design specifications. Oversee and enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment. Monitor material usage and manage on-site inventory to prevent delays due to material shortages. Maintain accurate records of project progress, worker attendance, and material usage. Communicate project updates and any potential issues to the Project Manager. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all work meets industry and company standards. Assist in resolving any on-site conflicts, discrepancies, or changes in project plans.
