Role & responsibilities

·        Preparing site material quantity and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

·        Individually Manage Site Execution as per Drawings with strong knowledge of executing civil, interior landscape works.

·        Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

·        Should be capable of handling 2- 3 individual project execution with minimal guidance, have a good working knowledge of current materials, prices, able to work on check BOQ & attend regular site client meetings.

·        Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

·        Assignments require independent action decision-making as well as the ability to work with others.

·        Complete the work as per scheduled deadline

·        Preferred candidate profile

·        Civil site Execution Knowledge & Residential building experience would be advantage

·        Bike and kannada mandatory

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations..
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Site-based experience is preferred.
