Civil Site Engineer Leela Construction

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Civil Engineer to oversee the daily maintenance of civil works, plumbing, and carpentry in a residential colony setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing job cards, allocating workers based on job requirements, procuring necessary materials, and handling billing independently.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and execute daily civil, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance works.
• Handle job card management: receive complaints, assess work scope, and maintain job logs.
• Allocate manpower efficiently to jobs based on skill and urgency.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
• Procure materials as per site needs and maintain inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and submit bills and records for completed works.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintenance standards.
• Provide daily and weekly reports to the management.
