Job description

Role & responsibilities 

· Ensure work is carried out by approved plans, designs, and drawings for all architectural, and civil works, technical specifications, project requirements, and industry standards.

· Supervise site execution

· Verify and check the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure cost control and accuracy in material procurement.

· Maintain work schedules, progress reports, and documentation for ongoing and completed tasks.

· Identify and address site-related challenges, ensuring work completion as per the design specifications.

· Monitor material procurement, inventory management, and cost control to prevent project delays.

· Liaise with facility management teams to ensure smooth progress in architectural work.

Preferred candidate profile 

· Bachelors or masters degree in civil recognized institution.

· Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in Storm water drains / Road Works..

· Ability to interpret and implement plans, drawings, and technical specifications.

· Strong communication and coordination skills to manage stakeholders, vendors, and on-site teams.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills for site execution and issue resolution.

· Proficiency in MS Office.
