You should be a local resident candidate from Medinipur or Kharagpur with a background in civil engineering and 1-2 years of experience in field work. It is essential that you have your own bike for transportation. Your responsibilities will include having a basic knowledge of cement manufacturing, understanding building work, conducting meetings with local workers, coordinating their tasks, conducting site visits, and other related duties. The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits such as health insurance, day shift schedule, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
