You must have the capability to execute a project based on drawings and details provided by architects or clients. You should have knowledge of handling site work independently and possess experience working in a contractor's firm. Experience in interiors work such as false ceiling, tiles work, and complete office interiors is required. Additionally, you should be capable of handling client billing and suggesting appropriate solutions for constructions at the project site. You should have exposure and experience in all aspects of a project execution team. Proficiency in site measurements, project execution, coordination, and progress tracking is essential. Knowledge in modular and custom interior works is highly appreciated. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure is crucial. A good command of English is necessary.
