Circle Head

Reports To: Project Manager

Job Summary: The Circle Head acts as the "CEO" of their designated geographical zone (Agra, Jaunpur, or Kashi). They have complete ownership of all operational and financial performance within their circle, responsible for managing a large, dispersed team to meet ambitious installation targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full P&L responsibility for the circle, managing costs and driving profitability.
• Develop and execute the daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans to achieve installation milestones.
• Manage, mentor, and lead all Division Incharges within the circle.
• Ensure that all operations within the circle adhere strictly to the company's SOPs for quality and safety.
• Serve as the primary regional point of contact for GMR and DISCOM officials.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in Operations Management, with proven experience managing large, geographically dispersed field teams (100+ personnel). Experience in the Telecom, or Utility contracting sectors in Uttar Pradesh is highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong operational and logistical management skills.
• Excellent people management and leadership abilities.
• Local Knowledge: Must have significant work experience in Uttar Pradesh and understand the local work culture and challenges.
