We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of authentic Chinese cuisine, including stir-fry, dim sum, noodles, soups, and regional specialties. The chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and contributing to menu planning.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
• Follow proper cooking techniques and traditional Chinese recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Monitor food stock and coordinate with the purchase team for ingredient requirements.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per regulations.
• Innovate and recommend new dishes or menu improvements.
• Ensure timely preparation of orders during busy hours.
