Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Digital Marketing Agency (YouTube & Google Ads) | Lucknow (On-site) Job Description: Were seeking an experienced, highly driven COO to take full ownership of agency operations at our fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in YouTube and Google Ads. This is an on-site leadership role in Lucknow. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and optimize all operational processes from scratch (SOPs, systems, delivery, reporting) Lead hiring, training, and retention of media buyers, sales closers/setters, and support staff Oversee team management, daily workflow, and ensure high-quality client delivery Implement and scale sales, onboarding, and client management systems for maximum efficiency Handle agency P&L, budgeting, cost controls, and expense optimization Solve operational bottlenecks quickly and drive continuous process improvement Work closely with the founder to execute the agencys growth vision and strategic goals Requirements: Proven experience managing operations in a digital marketing or advertising agency (YouTube/Google Ads experience a plus) Strong team management, process building, and problem-solving skills Experience with hiring, training, and building high-performance teams Proficiency with CRM, project management, and automation tools Analytical mindset and focus on measurable results Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow full-time Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives/profit sharing High growth environment with strong career advancement opportunity,
