To excel in this role, you should possess skills in CRGO steel market planning and market research, along with experience in public relations and marketing management. Proficiency in sales, strong leadership qualities, and effective team management skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic on-site environment. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position.,
