Job Description
You will serve as the Chief Finance Officer in the F&A department, requiring an MBA in Finance or a relevant advanced degree or CA with 8-10 years of experience. Your role involves developing and implementing the company's financial strategy and long-term business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and corporate governance regulations. Your duties will include analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost efficiency, and supervising internal finance, accounting, tax, audit, and treasury functions. You will manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and financial institutions, leading capital raising efforts and assessing risks to ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls. Additionally, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the Director, participate in strategic decision-making, and work full-time on a permanent basis in an in-person setting.
