Roles & Responsibilities Ensuring complete compliance with the state authorities Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies Conducting internal and external audits Preparing budgets, annual reports and strategies Analysing the companys financial systems and procedures Preventing or suggesting ways to stop any fraudulent activities Providing assistance with tax planning Maintaining proper accounting records Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO Support the financial planning and analysis efforts Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits Prepare financial statements and reports Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions Manage relationships with banks Requirements Certificated CA or accredited to a reputed institution Strong Finance based analytical skills 8 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or proven work experience at a Chartered Accountants workplace.
