Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Head to oversee the financial operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, auditing, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire finance department and manage daily accounting operations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts in coordination with department heads.
  • Monitor income, expenditures, and financial performance.
  • Ensure timely compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Conduct internal audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Monitor payroll, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Implement and improve financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Present financial strategies and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure cost control and profitability analysis of departments and hotel operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance/accounts, with at least 3 years in hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Proficient in accounting software (Tally, IDS, Opera, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality-specific financial practices is highly desirable.
