Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance team. Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance and repair work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance support. Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
