Ensuring the process flow aligns with production targets. Optimize fermentation, distillation, and dehydration steps for maximum yield. Implement energy-efficient and cost-effective techniques. Oversee the procurement and quality of raw materials Implement and oversee safety protocols to avoid accidents. Ensuring all equipment, such as fermenters, distillation columns, and heat exchangers, operates smoothly Supervise engineers, chemists, and plant operators.
