MindMentorz has opened a second Chess Coaching centre at 91 Sporting Company we are an enthusiastic team willing to bring out the best in your kids development through scholastic chess and multiple cube solving. We need a Chess Coach / Trainer for supervising gameplay & conducting training for kids for chess classes. We will provide the necessary training needed to get equipped to conduct the classes, but minimal knowledge of the subjects beforehand is required.The following will be the responsibilities: 1. Encourage students to learn the game of chess and improve their chess playing skills 2. Supervising / Playing / Training kids for chess sessions during weekday hours. (Monday is a holiday) 3. Encourage activities in support of the academy Knowledge skills and ability required: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1. Knowledge of the rules and game of chess 2. Previous experience as a coach or participant on a chess team preferred 3. High school diploma or above 4. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with students, parents, staff and community members 5.
