Job Description:

Guidance Academy, Kolkata Campus is seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry for our West Bengal Board-affiliated Bengali medium school. This is a residential position, and the selected candidate must be willing to relocate and live on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Chemistry to higher secondary students (Classes XI & XII) as per WB Board syllabus in Bengali medium.
• Prepare lesson plans, conduct regular classroom sessions, and ensure conceptual clarity.
• Track and assess students' academic performance through tests and assignments.
• Support students in academic and personal development.
• Participate in school cultural activities, staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
• Maintain discipline and encourage a positive learning environment in and outside the classroom.

Educational Qualifications:

• M.Sc in Chemistry
• B.Ed preferred (not mandatory)

Eligibility:

• Freshers with private tuition or coaching experience are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to relocate and work in a residential school environment is a must.
