Job Description:

House of RGS is hiring experienced Cooks who specialize in a variety of Indian and international cuisines. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, maintain hygiene standards, and be capable of managing multiple recipes efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook dishes across various cuisines such as South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Continental, Gujarati, Bengali, Arabic, Thai, Goan, Mediterranean, and more
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Ensure timely preparation of meals and coordinate with kitchen staff
• Manage kitchen inventory and ingredients
• Adhere to portion control and minimize wastage
• Assist in meal planning and suggest new menu items if required
