We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef with a minimum of 3 years of professional culinary experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in Fast Food, Chinese, Continental, and South Indian cuisines. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality, taste, and presentation of food while ensuring kitchen hygiene and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes from Fast Food, Chinese, Continental, and South Indian menus.
• Plan and execute daily kitchen operations efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the purchase team for kitchen supplies.
• Innovate new recipes and seasonal menu offerings.
• Handle food preparation in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen.
• Expertise in Fast Food, Chinese, Continental, and South Indian cuisines is a must.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety standards.
