Lotus Bistro Lounge is looking for a talented and experienced All-Rounder Chef who can independently manage the kitchen and deliver top-quality dishes across multiple cuisines including Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian, and more.
- ? Key Responsibilities: Take full charge of kitchen operations
- Prepare high-quality dishes from various cuisines
- Maintain taste, hygiene, and food presentation standards
- Oversee kitchen staff and daily food prep
- Innovate and improve the menu offerings
- ? Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on kitchen experience
- Expertise in multi-cuisine (North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian, Fast Food, etc.)
