Job Title: Chat Support Specialist Location: Teleperformance Marathahalli, Bangalore Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Chat Support Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through online chat platforms. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently through online chat. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. Adhere to strict quality standards and maintain a high level of customer service. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
