3. Managing CC/TL, BG and LC facilities effectively.
4. Receivables Management.

6. Liasioning with Govt Institutions/ Banks/Rating Agencies
7. Operational Cost reduction
8. Reduction in Finance costs through better utilization of limits
9. Finalisation of commercial terms for supplier/Contractors order/work order
10. Ensure statutory compliance
11. Financial Modelling for Capex.
12. commercial analysis and contract management
13. Accounts Finalisation
14. Improvement in Accounting MIS and commercial systems.
15. Advise on Main IPO and Private placement.
16. Induction of new bankers for reducing the finance costs
17. Arranging of Project Finance and Working capital Limits
18. Export Documentation work making invoices and preparing Bank Documentation
