Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Charter Sales Manager who excels in a fast-paced, high-performance setting. Your main responsibilities will include generating new business, fostering client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of charter sales operations. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identifying and cultivating new charter sales opportunities across various sectors such as private, corporate, group, and yacht charters. - Establishing and nurturing strong connections with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), travel agents, brokers, and corporate clients. - Promptly responding to charter inquiries and preparing customized flight proposals with precision and efficiency. - Engaging in negotiations, finalizing contracts, and prioritizing client satisfaction and profitability. - Collaborating closely with operations and flight support teams to ensure flawless service delivery. - Maintaining up-to-date CRM records, generating sales reports, and meeting monthly sales targets. Qualifications: - Possessing a minimum of 3 years of experience in private aviation, luxury travel, or high-ticket sales. - Having a robust network within the aviation or luxury sectors is advantageous. - Demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Being a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine enthusiasm for sales.,
