Job Description

As a member of Relation Realtech PVT. LTD., your role will involve acquiring and maintaining relationships with Channel Partners, motivating them to generate walk-ins and facilitate conversions on site. It will be your responsibility to closely monitor all leads and their progress, ensuring efficient tracking and follow-up. Meeting the set targets and goals will be a key part of your day-to-day objectives. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an MBA degree with 1-5 years of relevant experience. You should be adaptable to the work culture of a rapidly growing organization, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills are essential, as you will be expected to engage with stakeholders with empathy, professionalism, and patience, even in high-pressure situations. A collaborative team player, you should be capable of working effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects. Excellent oral communication skills are a must, enabling you to interact confidently with customers and colleagues across various levels of seniority. Prior experience of at least 1 year in the Real Estate Industry, specifically in Channel Sales, will be advantageous for this role.,
