Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and channel partners. Develop strategic partnerships to enhance sales opportunities. Sales & Business Development: Drive sales through channel partners by providing training, marketing support, and incentives. Achieve sales targets by leveraging partner networks and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Assist in negotiations and closing deals with prospective buyers through channel partners. Market Research & Expansion: Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for business expansion. Develop strategies to increase market penetration and generate leads through channel partners. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for channel partners. Organize events, roadshows, and property exhibitions to drive engagement and sales. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners. Address concerns and provide necessary support to ensure smooth operations. Reporting & Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze channel sales performance.
