Location : Bangalore (Hybrid model) Experience : 5+ years Atleast 5+ years of Certinia/Similar financial product experience required. Proven experience of current or prior troubleshooting is required. Good experience in Migrations and Integrations. Familiarity with Financial Management (FF Accounting/FFA)/similar and Billing Central/similar Proven experience in ticket resolution within Certinia/similar financial products & platform Proven knowledge of Certinia PSA /FFA/ similar modules OR similar modules within other financial softwares Proficiency in Salesforce basics (Admin certification preferred). Proficiency in Certinia ERP (certification preferred). Proven experience of working with UK,US, EU clients. Strong written and oral communication skill is mandatory.
